Thermalright makes a freakishly cheap liquid cooler (55 bucks as of now, almost half the price of any other LC on the market), so I'm going back to liquid cooled on the CPU. Works better with my case's air flow anyways, so with the price there's literally no reason not to do it.
For $55, that’s a steal! especially if it works better with your case airflow. Nice find.
I think Radeon 7600XT is the play
I wish i could go AMD too but unfortunately for many, i like to fag around with AI sometimes. I simply couldn't do without "muh cuda cores."
RAM: From what I'm finding, even though modern boards allow for 4 sticks of DDR5, you actually get better performance with 2 high memory sticks and leaving 2 slots open, and this seems to be a physics limitation rather than anything to do with software or implementation.
I believe the issue is mobos' memory layouts are daisy chained and when all four slots are filled, it can cause more
electrical infetterence.
2 sticks also helps with airflow, and if you slap them in A2 & B2 the added space between the CPU and the mem slots tends help even more.
