I REALLY hope that Sakana pulls through for Phase Con. Singing aside, Hime really deserves to be in one of these 3D concerts... I think she could match Lia's idol energy - I mean hell she went through the K-pop training and everything. I understand why the concerts so far have been Origins focused, but if we're getting an entire Phase convention these other girls need a chance to be on the big stage too.

No joke, the first time I read his list I totally forgot about Hime.
Her dancing with the scuffed chibi-3d model is pretty great and she's been striving to do more 3d-dancing on streams, so yeah she's certainly eager for that sort of stuff.
Phase Con is...interesting. It's certainly a big workload, but if they observed how Offkai's done they can hopefully replicate the good parts while trying for less scuff. Sakana hopefully now has enough of a pull in both artist and cosplay circles.
They don't have quite enough of an audience to make it Phase-exclusive, and frankly there's no need to, a lot of small corpos will gladly participate.
Generally looking forward to it, the necessity of it has been discussed here repeatedly and i'm really glad Sakana is pushing in that direction.

Hime and Muyu are also pretty good.
Most of Phase are generally decent at singing, they just tend to be technically limited to a certain range or style.
The few true all-round singers I would winnow down to Lumi (but even then her voice works best for ballads), Jelly, Runie and Clara.
Gonna need screenshots to prove this.
If we're going with "top-tier", i might end it with Lumi, Runie and Clara wth Hime just barely not making the cut due to aforementioned being stuck in a single genre i dislike.

My assumptions are: Texas for the best realistic location for the most amount of people, B.C. because it's in their HQ country, near HQ, and a pretty decent location... or California if you hate Europeans.
I did think of Hime and actually though about whether she belonged or not. Hime's great at her genre stuff, don't get me wrong. I'd just like her to tackle more outside of that - the few times I've heard her try, she even did pretty well at it. I'd put her just below the girls I listed.
Anyway, other people are welcome to post their Phase Connect singing tierlist. I'd like to see what other people think.
