I didn't like it with Bijou either, tbh. Pacifiers were used by druggies to prevent teeth grinding back in the '90s, so when I see what looks like a teen girl/young woman with a pacifier, my mind immediately goes there.

It's food for adult-baby fetishists, who somehow manage to make even cucks seem civilised by comparison. I don't usually care too much about puritanism around loli stuff since it always degrades into aimless spergery, but like, if you show a petite-looking character with a pacifier in their mouth, it's obvious a very specific demographic will enjoy it, and the innocent justification for it (some people think it's cute, I guess?) isn't substantial enough to justify putting up with the degenerates it attracts.
