This is one of those situation's where I worry she has set unreasonably high goals and won't be happy no matter how well it goes. There's nothing wrong with streaming with the goal of eventually making it big enough to be your sole source of income but it almost seems like her sole focus with streaming these days instead of having fun. I hope I'm wrong though.
