It hasn't been confirmed, but it's strongly likely that a rumored future JP member was it because there wouldn't be much of a reason to credit "???" if it wasn't. We also know from the Airi + Sakana interview that a newer talent is artistic enough to be able to tell if even the best AI art was AI art. While this happened before Gen 3's reveal, I think Sakana accidentally leaked that this talent was JP, and none of Gen 3 are JP. So it's a very strong possibility that ??? is an upcoming JP talent. It's also believed that this person did the rigging, while Shiina made the art, though it's possible ??? also did some art too. I'm not sure if Shiina knows any rigging, but she may have done some work on that too, but that's besides the current point.

So yeah, the circumstantial evidence strongly points to an upcoming JP talent being "???" in the credits of them, and I definitely believe it.
