Cali doesn't even grow that many avocadoes. They require a ton of water and commiefornia is not exactly known for being water rich atm, instead they grow them in places like colombia, chile, peru or mexico and drain rivers to make food that gets exported and doesn't even feed the people there.
California does the exact same thing, though....
My brother in Christ, California grows avocados and almonds and then demands all the water from their neighboring states.
