Since PC is lurking this thread, here's my suggestion as someone who has seen a bunch of Kickstarters, good and bad: the Kickstarter should have some high-tier donation goals so people that want to really support the kickstarter and Phase Connect have options. Stuff like video chats with talents, letters from talents, getting to name and design NPC characters, that sort of thing. Don't worry overmuch about overcharging for this, cashed-up superfans don't mind overpaying for exclusive benefits and helping make a kickstarter happen.
