I don't think she has, she didn't even really plan to make it this far because she bought into the "literal who" meme and underestimated her active viewers.

IF I recall proper when she talked about it while it was upcoming she said she believed the true experience of a donothon to be uncapped and full uptime. Woman really didn't expect to be bombarded hard and fast early which was why she changed the rates in the first place.
