Ah, some around here might not know the Deep Lore when it comes to Democratic Presidential Primaries. Hillary won in 2008, but the Obama camp stole that one. Bernie won in 2016 but Hillary was prepared and was able to steal that one. 2020 had Biden being the only functional human they could find to stand there (the flame out from the others was sort of hilarious). And, in 2024, they booted out Biden right before the convention and never had a real vote.

But they love their "Democracy", don'tcha know.
Do we have a historian on the parties? I love seeing the demographic and slave owner maps to correlate with the parties.

Some of the American party lore is pretty hilarious. Though people don't realize that Left/Right makes actually zero sense in the American context. Those aren't the primary pillars of ideologies in the States.

But I will toss out a fun one. The KKK used to be one of the Democrat's thug arms through the 1950s. But they eventually didn't find them that useful, mostly as they had brought into the coalition enough Catholics that the anti-Catholic nature of the KKK was an issue. They eventually turned them under to the Feds and simply replaced them with local Black politicians in the South. The lightly Thug'd power structure in the South is also what caused Nixon's Southern Strategy to work, as the old order had lost anyone under about the age of 40 in the South because they were corrupt but mostly very incompetent. Completely taking over the Black Vote (and associated utility for Voter Fraud) is how they maintained power for the next 20 years, but they eventually aged out their previous voting population.

This cycle is basically the primary issue for the Democrats these days and drives everything around the topic of Immigration & Education.

Honestly, I'd shit on her even more for being a commie, but I know that she's dumb and she has the mental capacity of a teenager going through their "hehe communism is actually good" phase. She doesn't actually know what communism is or what it means to rep the USSR outside of "owning the fascists" by being a heckin' based commie.

How long until she says the Holodomor wasn't a genocide? (it was, Kelsey)

She's probably never even heard of it.
And if she has, she probably doesn't believe it really happened.
And if it did happen, she wouldn't call it a genocide.
And if it was a genocide, then it was justified, because when communists murder millions of people, it's a good thing, because of reasons.

We've got Kelsey's former YouTube appearances on her dad's channel, Robert Parnigoni (https://www.youtube.com/@RobertParnigoni). Robert Parnigoni also makes an appearance here (archive) which is consistent with Clara's vague allure that her father works as someone high up in business, and also looks like the same guy. Robert Panigoni is also a pretty uncommon name and I doubt you'd find another in Canada with the same name, let alone working in a similar field. He's also got a LinkedIn page about being in the same company.

A more dedicated sleuther might try to connect the dots more conclusively than this, but this is enough for me, and I haven't dug any further than that. Kelsey's the subject of interest here and my slight interest in the family and her father is sated enough with this.
I wonder what's the connection with this guy

There's no description but he has some Kelsey videos from 2011

Huh. She probably hasn't lived there for a long time, but I had her accent pegged to the right part of the right city when I first started watching her. Made it kind of funny when she'd be very vague about even admitting to being Canadian.

Man, she looks so normal here. Makes you wonder what happened to her in the 14 years since these videos were taken.
Idol culture probably didn't help.

An Open Letter to Open Minded Progressives. It's old now, but still relevant.

"It's old now, but still relevant" is basically my entire reading list.

So many writings from decades, even centuries ago, are more pertinent and impactful than most written today.
