Since the beginning of the year Clara's political posts on her alts have been brought up more and more in the Phase Connect thread to the point several people have suggested making a dedicated Clara thread to contain her. This is that thread, her woman moments should be archived and any discussions kept here to avoid clogging the Phase Connect thread further.

I have aimed to gather all the posts on Clara's seething and sperging from the PC thread but I am sure I have missed some from last year like the abortion IG stories. If there is anything I can edit to make it an easier read let me know since it's my first thread.

Clara's radical politics first caught our attention when she had her spergout about women who voted Trump needing abortions following the election; the posts start here:

There are some notes to keep in mind for this thread, that should probably be mentioned in the OP:

1) Instagram Stories expire after a set period of time, and users can see who has looked at the stories they've posted. If you use a personal Instagram account you do not want Clara to know about (or simply don't want to make an account in the first place), make sure you use one of the anonymous story viewer websites to check her posts rather than the official Instagram website or app.

2) Screencaps like these are frequently posted out-of-context on /vt/ since both the fleeting nature of Instagram Stories and the lack of timestamps on the posts makes it difficult to verify their authenticity, and these out-of-context posts can be used to push narratives that may not be true. If the story you're posting comes from a second-hand source rather than directly from her account make sure to specify this so others can come to their own conclusions accordingly.

Canada, like all common wealth countries, has a difficult history regarding self defense and firearm ownership. The legal culture surrounding self defense, let alone using deadly force, makes the affirmative defense of self defense pretty challenging.

Canada would have likely convicted Kyle Rittenhouse for the shooting. During Kyle's trial here there were many pundits who kept screeching about how Kyle broke curfew and himself was engaged in criminal activity so his claims of self defense should have been null as his crimes had him being the true aggressor. However, in reality whatever violations Kyle did break were not relevant to the incident at hand, in part because those involved had also broken that same curfew. There were a few other instances of similar types of conjecture regarding Kyle culpability as the aggressor. In Canada this would have mattered a lot more. As well, their reasonableness standard is objective where in many states here in the US there's an objective and subjective element. Generally, Canada also doesn't allow open carry of arms in public without a rare license mainly for rural people. If he didn't get popped on murder, he'd have been popped on weapons violation charges. At the time as well, he used a 30 round magazine which are banned and AR15s are banned by name (class). His claim of defense of property being the reason he was there likely wouldn't have helped either as their rules are worse than the states in that regard too.

I bring this up to get to the legal environment Clara grew up in. This culture would easily seep into her over the years and helped her conclude that what Kyle did wasn't right morally or legally. Japan, where she's lived for considerable amount of time as well, is even worse on self defense and couldn't have helped in shaping a favorable view of self defense or arms usage. Take these factors and mix in radical feminism, millennial tumblr brain, and I'd argue you'd get some shrieking seething that Kyle was out for blood and murdered those poor protesters for the crime of protesting against police brutality against Buh-lack people. (remember the protest was over cops shooting an armed black man (legally justified and he lived) who had a karambit during a domestic violence investigation)
