Summary of the (surprise!) Azki member stream just after her announcement :

• First time doing this kind of announcement as leaving a major label is still a big deal so she fumbled it (she did make the infamous black text on white background youtube thumbnail before changing it asap, though the trend right now would be the smiling portrait in the wind if she wanted to kill her fans)
• She wrote a pretty short script before sending it to all involved party, Victor included, even with subtitles and translation (in the youtube community section)
• No more SorAz since Sora is still in Victor, but she retain the rights to sing and keep her MVs in her channel for all the songs that were created under the Victor label
• Since it's an official statement, it was hard for her to not make it too negative (but it was very obvious), also the sentence everyone like to bring up "we want to always deliver positive entertainment but we are human too, there are things that we want to say but we can't" (which confirm her tantrum on alt socials earlier was only for this event)
• "New beginning and fresh start" (here we go again, she lost all her holo points for concert fund and start to 0...)
• To counter this bad state, she did beforehand release a teaser for a next song in her membership section and has a karaoke stream planned for tomorrow and took suggestions from chat
• Lost the switch 2 lottery for the 5th time, can wait for store sold ones but they will be available only by september
• Have some good news for birthday and summer tomorrow

TLDR : The official announcement gave much more infos than the member stream, too much issues with live/concert/copyright/management/communication so she left and restart from 0, again. It's not a graduation level but she is riding failure after failure on big projects, which is quite a downer (but thanks to Pioneers money she is still here)

Quick summary of the stream:

She'll be leaving Victor Entertainment and will go back to making music under Hololive Productions. This is the first time she had to make an announcement like this so she was sorry for making everyone worried.

She is extremely grateful to them cause they helped produce her album and last year's sololive. Essentially leaving cause of a difference in direction. She wants to keep valuing communication and making music from the heart, so she'll continue doing her best in that regard.

None of her songs or music videos will be getting deleted nor will her activities change in any way. Her music journey has had a lot of routes, going from INoNaKa to Hololive to Victor and now back to Hololive, but she hopes that we'll keep supporting her. And there's going to be a karaoke stream with a happy announcement tomorrow so please look forward to it (Her birthday is next week).

Kiara had a members stream yesterday so have some notes:

Its mostly about her teeth and her Dentist but also some other small stuff:

• Kiara and her Teeth:
  • Kiara got Crowns (?) on her upper front teeth, but is currently only wearing temporary ones (I have no idea how those procedures work, I am just taking her word for it)
  • Currently her teeth are uncomfortable to eat with
    • Soft Bread and Soups are okay
  • She was super nervous before the procedure even started
  • Anaesthesia needle hurt like a motherfucker, she moved her hand, hit the Dentists hand he was holding the needle with and the anaesthesia juice goes into her mouth and not her gums. She then had to spit it out.
    • In the end, she needed 4 injections
  • Took about 40 minutes of filing but during that time she was calm and didn't feel pain
  • On the 2nd tooth, she started feeling some pain in the edge of her gums
    • She asks for an adit tonal anaesthesia and rinsed her mouth
      • At that moment, she felt something weird with her teeth with her tongue, and she starts crying and panicking
      • Dentist asks what's wrong, but she doesn't want her tongue to touch anything weird in her mouth again so she can't answer with words, because that weird feeling in her mouth is what is causing her to panic
      • The assistant promised extra bleaching on the house for her (the Lady was very nice)
  • After about 2h she was so exhausted and her nerves going blank again
    • So they stopped but there were still various things to do before its really over
    • After it was all done she was so exhausted, she can't be happy about her new teeth
  • When she came Home, she felt pain in her upper jaw and had a big scream-cry in her bed
    • She realised the thing is a permanent alteration to her body and was suddenly overcome with regret
      • She never had a surgery or a broken bone before in her life or anything, this was the most invasive thing she has ever done to her body
  • By now, she hopes once the full thing is done she can feel happy about it and her teeth again
  • She tells herself that she is through the worst part at least. Optimistic now!
• Kiara is expecting visit from some Holos next week!
  • She won't give spoilers on who or what branch
  • They are staying a few days longer than RiriRaden
  • (But a few months ago she said something about a pair of JPs visiting her)
  • She booked a classical music concert to watch with them

Sora? She's the only Holo I'm aware of with an interest in classical music, and Kiara does seem keen on matching her visitors' interests, judging by Raden's visit (that Raden can be entertained by a random bench notwithstanding).
