It uses a proper "Empire Line", which for as stacked as Kronii's model comes out very elegant. So it classical and reserved, but it also screams sex appeal. And the damn hiding behind the braided twin tails.

Hard to say honestly. I have a feeling that Cover generally doesn't like it when graduated talents return under a new identity to publicly interact with the current Hololivers. Maybe Stars is just the exception because there's going to be minimal interaction between Kson and those in the main Hololive branch.
