Last time this happened was when I downloaded all of Moom's members vods at once.

Use a vpn to see if it's IP based, or check on the same account on the android app to see which error code it gives you, it happened to me before and it lasted like 2 or so days.

I'm pretty sure I tested incognito mode and that works. Doesn't work on the phone app though (since that's always logged in).
Just hope I don't have anything to say in chat before it's gone.

that does sound like you got rate limited so a VPN may work since it's not account based.

youtube has been shadow banning ACCOUNT that they suspect of running adblock off videos or youtube-dlp and mass downloading video. Switching account fixes that issue but it is annoying nonetheless. I think it goes away in a few days

I swapped to premium due revanced not working well for watching clips. But prepare multiple accounts for watching youtube with ads

Some said logging in and out of the same account works, maybe
