Well, I really liked these debuts.
They did really well for what it's worth and every single one of them is a good pick. Shiori is the only one who stumbled a bit but I feel like she's another Ame waiting to happen. Bijou is a kusogaki, Nerissa is a great singer and the dogs are really cute and a feel-good story to tell to newfriends in later years. Holo doesn't miss.

Well, my oshis aren't in any danger of being replaced, but I'll watch Bijou and the twins when my favorites aren't streaming, maybe Nerissa. But I'm going to need to check Shiori in a month or so, because nothing about her grabbed me at the moment.

Yeah, Shiori had "behind the scenes organizer" energy and her interests pointed towards a variety of technical stuff that she can use to make interesting content. Her debut didn't sell her persona at all, but she will likely be a solid streamer.

I find it hard to make judgements on debuts since everyone's obviously nervous and I could feel that bleeding into the streams for all of them, but all of these girls seem incredibly sweet and I feel like they'll all grow into their roles nicely. Good picks all around.

Sometime I'll post a summary of some of the weird shit she's said but in the interest of not getting jannied let's just forget the cookies and focus on how great all the new girls are
I think it's hilarious that Riro tried running with the moai Chad face thing for a while and now Bijou comes along and does it and everyone runs with it. I just wish I could get over the ultra commitment to the loli model, with Shiina and Tenma it's much easier because they're lolibaba, seasoned ladies of age in a tiny frame.

Yeah, she's very much the Ame of the group for sure. She had the weakest debut (not saying much because they all were pretty solid), but I think she'll probably shine more in regular streams if I had to guess.

But really those girls are kinda weird. I didn't even notice it at the time, but one also had Yosuga No Sora on their favorites list, and I recognize that name. Of course IRyS('s PL) also has said some hot takes along that very same topic, but again the 'sisters' thing combined with the degeneracy is what throws me off. Then they also say that they don't like dirty jokes? Like, you watch literal porn together, but you don't like dirty jokes?
Obviously I like the seiso/yabai dichotomy, but the way these girls present it makes it weird to me rather than funny. I don't know if it's just the siblings part or something else though, I can't quite place it myself and it's just a weird vibe.

Edit: Yeah, I guess I'm the weird one for not loving baby-voiced incest girls. Soooorryyyyy.

Yea they were great. Nerissa's debut was standard stuff but she made up for it with her based music taste and amazing singing.

The twins were just a giant pile of sweetness. I didn't notice my face hurt from smiling so much until after their debuts ended. Like I said, the way you guys exploded in hype and happiness towards their debut was a perfect example of why I love vtubing. Success stories like that are just the most heartwarming shit

And even without that history, their passion towards the industry, that massive goals list, the cute as fuck pledge to keep the smiles up. All of it was great. Yagoo usually doesn't miss but he really only got bangers with this gen. The twins and Bijou work best for my timezone but I'll try tuning into the other girls for sure.

I could end up eating crow but I think/hope the transition to idol may come easier for them than it has a lot of other girls we've seen, since they already had some experience actually living that life. It'll still be a ways off but I really can't wait to see them get to do one of the live concerts.
