I can answer that. Its the latest FOTM horror game, this games concept is something something satanic public access pre-school show. Its alright, nothing good or bad just alright honestly not as good as people (especially on twitter) may make it out to be.

I gotta be real with you man, I haven't watched any hololive or nijisanji in a while and even I have to agree with some of this. Like, it almost had to be an intentional dunk for there to be a leak revealing that Hololive offers cash bonuses sometimes just to stream specific content right after Niji was exposed for barely paying its talents at all. I wouldn't find it disagreeable to say that supporting Nijisanji or its talents in any way is perpetuating straight up abuse of their employees.

It makes perfect sense for women to become motivated by vtubers like Artemis or some lewdtuber. A good parallel would be with authors/writers. Imagine a person reading LOTR, Dune, maybe even War and Peace (or something of similar caliber). Could it get that person interested in writing? Perhaps, but to many, these books are very intimidating. "How could I ever write something of that level?". Some will constantly compare themselves to the greats and second guess themselves. They will loose their confidence and motivation to write. What if that person instead picked up some trash YA novel. When reading those I often think, I could write that*! Nay I could do better than that! How could this piece of shit sell thousands of copies.
I think the same phenomenon occurs with vtubers. The great singer/ entertainer who can bust out a 72h marathon stream like its nothing, will get you interested into vtubers .The lazy, dead air filled stream of a drugged out tranny will get you motivated enough to become one.

I'm not saying the video is wrong; if anything, I agree with most of the points. Hell, the SEAfag rabbit actually did a decent job keeping the video as objective and neutral as possible, aside from kinda stumbling off the bike and sperging by the end. I just don't like interacting with faggots who have a holier-than-thou attitude just because their team isn't the one having a yab at the moment, and this applies across the board as things change, whether Holo/Niji/PC/indie fans.
Kson's just pushing her personal agenda, and if that includes being Vshojo's personal lapdog, that's her problem. Dramatubers tend to be cocky cunts pretty inherently, and you can at least kind of see Niji's perspective on this -- to a standard JP management, the train of thought probably goes "EN dramatuber -> dramatuber -> Narukami -> kill on sight". Still, the fact that they just casually did the copyright meme, likely without considering it will make them look like assholes, shows an inherent lack of understanding in the differences between the Western and Eastern environments. They really do need someone on the managerial side who could understand the Western market and community better.

Game companies have been slowly getting better about it Nintendo being the noteworthy to start embracing their English branch (my body is reggie) but with how close Vtubers are to the idol industry (something mostly concentrated in Japan) I would not be surprised if Ninjisanji is still treating the English market as subordinate
Do they actually, though? Isn't at least the massive majority of Niji's management (even EN) inherently Japanese? I'm not aware of their corporate structure (stop the presses), but part of the reason for the KR/ID merge was so that they report directly to the JP management as leaving KR to do its own thing ended up being a shitshow, wasn't it? The only manager that I'm pretty sure is known probably not to be inherently JP is Noor, and who knows whether she/they're still in the company.
