Sorry my bad I have mixed up the numbers of germany and austria.1.2k is for germany its a 132 $ in Austria and no all your expenses combined have to be above 132$. So I looked into the "tax-book" which the department of finance gives out and this is how they define it in english.

Honestly she is just drawing more attention to it, and immortalizing it in her channels history. If 100k had come and gone and she either did it or backed out without the drama and attention given to it, then it probably would have been forgotten by most of her viewers within a few weeks.
