Revised score is 9.8/10 after seeing all the features and how infectious her happiness is. 
If I dislike anything about the redesing it's the 2 mascots. They look out of place on it.

The fork and crown are a great touch, love the design.
Reimu is my fav of today's new outfit reveals. Millie is ok but I prefer her og outfit. Irys is an improvement but I still don't like it much, then again the only HoloEN designs I've liked since Myth are Mumei and Fauna. Irys still has that bobbing up and down motion that Hololive loves but I find ugly.
