This was actually the song they sang during Ame's 3D showcase earlier this year and announced it was going to be released as a cover "soon", but is just releasing now. It could have been recorded a while ago, so not entirely indicitive of her return. Though, there have been mentions of Haachama responding to girls in Discord, lately, so she may be slowly coming back, and finished her recordings for it.
