Um not really imo.
She has generic female anime quirks, like abusing any male character that annoys her and never getting called on it. But as i said that is almost generic for female anime characters (especially if they are even a little bit tsundere), so i don't really count that. Other than that the main complaints about her is that she useless at anything she does (how was she the kunoichi of the year) and useless as a character because her sole motivation is a (childish) crush on Sasuke that goes nowhere until the end of the series where they are just married. Her uselessness is very real though especially in Naruto where she was 100% dead weight, and while she actually does improve by shipudden the story moves beyond her and she only gets a single chance to shine in a fight (which she got help in). She does accomplish a lot in a support role, but that stuff is (a) never as exciting as a good fight and (b) mostly happens in the war arc which is after the narrative starts going down hill and after the point that many say the story should have ended.
