My guess at the lack of Korean vtuber agencies is because there hasn't been a breakout Korean vtuber like there was for Japan and American/Europe.

V-tubing ain't competing with kpop-idol autism in Korea, where the talent agencies are entrenched and in-bed with major networks and have it right down to a science. The v-tubing industry and its fans' autism looks fucking amateurish compared to the sheer insanity of kpop fans/stans.

I feel the same way, tbh. Akio Otsuka is an absolute GOAT, but Hayter and the whole English cast is way too iconic for the West. That is the main reason I have a hard time enjoying MGSV, aside from all its other faults, as well.
