There's a follow-up to the recent VTA temporary activity suspension, some interesting development ahead so I thought it's better to share it here
Starting from an official announcement posted to their website a few minutes ago, translation by DeepL on spoiler:

in summary, the announcement mentioned that the reason for the sudden temporary suspension was caused due to several students breaking VTA rules and they were immediately booted out of the programme starting today, for now the anycolor team will be reviewing their general operational structure before resuming the current student's activities at later date.
Here's the list of students who still remained in the academy and ones that got the boot:
Regarding the kinds of violations the ex-students have made, there's no detailed explanation as usual but it was mentioned a part of it is "Information Management" which I believe is related to their private info. I appreciate it if a more experienced nijibros could chime in because I have been mostly informed about this through the official statements and nothing more

I see Nonomiya Mera on the booted list there, and according to Mr. Scuddle's post related to my first report of VTA suspension thingie, she's the one that her face doxxed and sent to VTA's twitter post regarding the initial activity suspension stuff (and got hidden as a result). I guess that they locked it in response to that, especially how many of them that breached contracts, like holy shit.
Also for those who have no clue which name is which, i decided to boot up my MS paint to help out.

I was thinking initially that Niji's idea with VTA was full of rainbows and unreasonable expectations. Quite literally making an entire organization to mass produce vtubers without even a tint of pretending it's not their main goal, yet having close to zero screening and accepting literally anyone. And now they are shitcanning what, half of it for potential information breach. Oh I don't know, maybe hiring literal nobodies from the street in a business that is very personal info sensitive was a bad idea or something.

Honestly don't know. I checked the discussions within the Niji circles and so far the clearest thing we know is that the VTA talents that got their archive yeeted is all mixed with the news of contract breach.
What I meant is that we have the ones that got their archive purged beforehand (Orihito is in this part), which is end of June. And then we have 13 more that was listed in MornLurker's list of booted talent, which archive is also yeeted/purged. Everyone then just agreed that there is possibility that the list might be wrong and we might have those that purged because their study is over or they got purged because the whole issue mentioned.
But knowing Orihito, he's probably gonna survive or some shit.
Every post but one has also been wiped from Ichigo's reddit account. Most of them were archived and there should be links to them somewhere in this thread.
Basically this. It's worded weirdly, but the gist is that about 9 of them had breached their contracts and got wiped, while the other four or so had already "graduated" the program and got their stuff wiped but were found to also have breached their contract. It specifically said "information management" as one of those breaches, and while I don't have any clue what that entails, some of my Japanese friends who closely follow VTA think that some of them were sharing details about VTA and the other students with people online. I can't say for certain since I don't follow VTA, but I wouldn't be surprised if some of the students did share stuff they weren't supposed to, but it is kind of surprising that SO many of them did. I guess they looked into gen 4 first, saw how many of them breached their contracts, and then went back to older gens to see if any of them did as well. Considering the fact that a majority of the people breaching the contract were from the newest batch, who had been on the scene for about two weeks, I guess Niji wanted to nip this problem in the bud before it grew.
Oh, and as for Orihito, he probably made it in. That or he decided to pack up his bag and go elsewhere since VTA kids can do that, or he decided that being a streamer wasn't for him, but I doubt that.
