I think actual Dox that shows a persons information like name/address (or can easily provide it) is for bad guys who have done some kind of damage or are antagonistic in some way as making it public punishes them and can deter them. I don't think most Vtubers, especially the ones we watch and talk about and like fall under this at all. As for lesser stuff like pics (for Vtubers) I think if it's not already known it's better to make people do their own autistic dumpster dives and work for it, rather then just dumping it all over. Once it's been dumped and is well known it's a bit different as of course people will recognize them and what's burnt is burnt. Also if they continue to make media with their face while Vtubing, of course once a connection is made people will continue to post about the IRL appearance.

It was pretty weak compared to the rest of the girls', which I found to all be solidly written for them. The only characters she really spoke with was the A-chan rats. Felt like they focused on the "haha rats funny" thing too hard and forgot to write any meaningful interaction with the other talents. Pretty disappointing considering who knows when she will be in another HoloGra.

Switching from INNK definitely gave her a huge influx of views and subs. She generally has great CCV when she streams, too. Especially this year, since she seems to be streaming a lot more consistently now. Plus, she had a lot of good activity on her Nayuta persona last year with concerts and such.
The switch was more than a year ago. By now she streams rater regularly, has about 10k live viewers and found a game she really enjoys. I thinks it's not unreasonable to assume that decision was made in the last few months.
