I still can't fathom that this was seriously on the table for her.
Seeing all her collabs with Tempus so far, it has been amazing, she does great content with them.

Maybe Axel slept in so Tempus just called literally everyone 30 minutes before the stream and Kronii was the first one to pick up the call.

The whole thing seems like it wasn't planned that Kronii replaces Axel, so your guess is as good as mine why, but the decision that she didn't just replace him, but literally played him seems to me like a "So as a joke, wouldn't it be funny if...?" "You know what? Do it!" type situation.

Sometimes necessity improvisation is the mother of invention great content.

Afaik this archive is curated by someone on the hololive fan server discord. They update it pretty frequently. If a stream is unarchived and it wasn't taken down because of a yab, chances are very high that you will find it here.
