I'm really interested in finding out more about this, if more information ever becomes public. "Talent Freedom" is pretty much the only selling point VShojo has going for them and the management seem to be hands off with the other streamers in general, so I'm curious what ideas she's cooked up that have been egregious enough for them to say no.

The difference is, VshojoJP actually has talent managers and someone who used to be in Nijisanji running that show.

At the end of the day, I will always maintain, regardless of who joins or what not, VshojoJP shouldn't exist and kson and Rushia shouldn't be there.

To be more serious, my guess would be A - no, and B - they don't care.

Money per vtuber is clearly less important than overall revenue for Anycolor and has been for like 3+ years. At the end of the day if your profit is the same or more it doesn't matter for the bosses whether it comes from 60 people or 200 people.
