I think it's generally due to her having zero opsec (granted, several NijiENs have been fully doxxed by now, but at least they put up an act of being secretive) and referencing stuff like piracy.

Those points are irrelevant as no one is screaming about it, which to me means that no one has a problem with her until the suspension.
Other members like Uki have liked porn before, Elira is known as a huge HP fan (and multiple JP livers have played the new game), and Millie did a whole stream about 4chan basically. The disagreeing with other members thing isn’t that dramatic when actually seen in context. The emulator and mod stuff is pretty accurate though. That combined with bad opsec and maybe some of the other stuff may have just resulted in suspension by a thousand cuts.

I don't think Emulators are frowned upon at Nijisanji, Amamiya Kokoro and Sasaki over in JP play older Pokémon titles (for 3/DS) and I have a real hard time believing they have a modded device to capture footage.
