It's often a little bit of everything all adding up. There's just a threshold of "stuff" before your body starts making itchy and sneezy to try to get rid of some of it. Time to vacuum Pippa! Buy a Walmart air filter instead of bad dinosaur collectables! This can be fixed! But I know how it is, I've used the "I'll just put more layers over my face while I sleep to reduce the dirty room plague so I can sleep". I also took allergy meds all year round for a couple years. But it's much better to just clean your fucking house.
