Chromatic aberration boosts the highs and use it as a differential to create highlights in either dark or light tones, close to what would be called "lines", the larger the contrast the stronger is the highlight, the point there is that the hair is in such a perfect angle and so clean from the neck it looks edited.
Adding noise and chroma ab. is a common way to mask edits or AI in cosplay as well so there's that.
