@The Rrat apparently this is caused by a paper issue could you see if there is anything you can do to fix it. This git hub thread appears to have a fix https://github.com/PaperMC/Paper/issues/9172.

There are two new farms and the bonemeal farm has been extended. One farm is a nether-shrooms farm next to the bonemeal and tree farm. The other is a slime farm located at -851,-1259 made out of Neneloves favorite blocks.

Minor update to the tree farm there is now a companion bonemeal farm located two chunks away. This farm is currently not quick enough to keep up with the tree farms bonemeal demand but will eventually be tiled upwards so that it does.

There is now an auto tree farm on the server located at -90,270 . It works for all tree types with the exception of dark oak and mangrove trees. [/SPOILER]

Hostile mob spawning seams to be broken atm. I can't get any mobs to spawn if they don't come from a spawner.

What exactly did you lose? i may be able to recoup some of the losses Is the current world border going to stay that size or is that just the area that will be pre generated? Because I'm 90% sure takodachis base is outside of the current border.
