Always read the contract before signing–Unfortunately, that is indeed the way it works. I would never recommend you sign such a contract, but if she thought it best (or skipped it over), then that much is on her. Wow. That really sucks. Makes me really sad to see.

Oh, ew!! I approve of not using speakers (loopback is a real problem), but use proper headphones for that!! Literally no one’s doing that. It has been stated at least once that this is a theoretical “if it happened in the US.” I have no idea how this all works in Indonesia, but if it sucks...
