As for post-Niji Fulgur, he's working on building up his Identity and Lore for re-debut, going in a similar way to his Legatus505 story. His new story is Metamorphosis Lost:

L-Thread is the proper venue for Twisty drama, discussion already happened there.
Reimu announcement was an outfit.
Personal opinion is that if it is about the outfit, it's stupid for her to complain about that since she was part of the reason the surprise was ruined by leaking it in her whale circles. Also stupid to vaguepost and possibly implicate Reimu in her situation without any more info.

Off-Collabs are picking up again. Xsoleil yesterday and today a big one with Shu, Enna, Finana, Millie, Elira, Willy and Uki.
Xsoleil are definitely in Japan and did their collab at the studio, which is interesting because they are next in line for 3Ds. (The VOD is sadly gone)

The big group is in Canada for something or other, I don't know but they probably said why they met at some point.
