Just a rrat. In Animal Friend's video of Nasa talking about her audition she mentions that she used to work for a black company. Pretty much the only thing we know about Nasa's employment history is that she used to be a VR hostess (紅夜ぺい or Pei Koya) for Yumenographia, a subsidiarity of Ichikara that shut down. From what I could find, she joined in March 2020 and stayed with them all the way until they shut down in December 2021 (thank you Jap Twitter user who publicly tweeted the name of every hostess he talked to on a given day).
E: forgot to add that this would overlap with her time at Phase somewhat. Would this violate a non-compete? It seems like she wasn't a fully fledged vtuber, but a hostess who would hold private conversations with whatever client was given to her.

Rie has her menhera melty moments, but she does not throw shade at her genmates nor people that may be her fans. Clara's pickme post came at an incredibly suspicious timing, plus her hate is directed towards men that would clearly fall under her fanbase. They are NOT the same.
It's not just the timing that's suspicious, it's also the "Why are so many white supremacists not even white" part.
It sounds a little bit like Nasa, but it's a coincidence. That's obviously a balding salaryman with a voicechanger.
