In theory, yes, but it's really important to ask what something is testing. I've seen a paper that there's at least 8 separate types of pattern recognition skill sets, but I'm pretty sure someone had a competing paper that made the rounds there was 20+. So, wholly depending on what it's testing, all it's saying is she's abnormally high. (Assuming the test isn't there mostly to fluff people's egos.)
Side point, normal human communication starts to break down around 1.5 SD, so around 120 IQ. If she's actually in the 140 range, she probably doesn't communicate great. (I recognize but can't recall that Vtuber.)
