She has a great song and vocal range. I don't know much about her training but she does strain for notes and sounds off key sometimes but her voice feels powerful and soulful so I feel relaxed/energized. Compared to really polished singers she doesn't feel there but that's it's own charm.

That depends on whether those subs ever materialised into live views in the first place. Anecdotally, I remember her being in the 900-1k range when she was in idol, so there's been a slight decrease but "falling off a cliff" doesn't seem like the right description. We can't know for sure until someone pays Playboard to unlock her entire CCV history.
Sure, but Phase has an extremely high CCV to sub ratio in the first place. Dizzy hovers around the 1k CCV mark despite barely having more than 50k subs. Kanna usually does just half of those numbers outside of ASMR, and she's also outperforming the usual small corpo ratios: The vast majority of girls with Dizzy's subs are low 3-views. And again, I'm not sure many of Rin's shorts subs ever watched any of her streams in the first place.
