By my analysis, her IQ is at least 4 digits. Maybe even 5.
Remember that the baseline to be a vtuber is to manage to operate multiple proprietary programs, cobble together multiple pieces of technology and troubleshoot whenever any of this doesn't work. I'm not saying Remi can't be hilariously incompetent in other areas, due to her upbringing and background, but she's not stupid.

I could be wrong, don't watch enough of her. But I think Remi is legitimately smart, she's just young and extremely autistic (Had the highest autism likelihood score in Phase Connect) + SEA + god tier bad luck.

I also get filtered sometimes. But she is incredibly sweet. Unfortunately, her BGM also adds to the perception, it's like a retarded cartoon character's theme.
I do wish she'd dial down the baby voice. She's cute without that. Could be Stockholm Syndrome kicking in but I feel like she's been better about it recently.
It's not so much where she breaks character, it's more that she stays in character in ways that just barely toe the line.
