Personally, I'd suggest the following (4-3-3):

Goalkeeper Hikanari Hina; she's absent when it's going well, but there when you need her
Center Backs Dizzy & Airi. Pon CBs make for entertaining games, and they're prone to hating their position as is
Left Back Pico. Not a glamorous position and often overlooked, but gets shit done
Right Back Memory. You need someone willing to cut the opponent down when they're already this deep in your own half
Central Midfield Clio. Brains of the operation
Left Winger Clara
Right Winger Jelly
Left Forward Tenma. Just an aggressive type who fits there.
Right Forward Panko. Creative when offensive.
Striker Sleepy. Firepower before the goal

I kind of hate the fact you're very correct with your assessment. And not having Tenma in an attacking is a clear mistake.

Rie is the manager that gets a red card after Tenma gets one.

Well if we're doing sportsball team shitposting I'll do my fantasy NFL Phase Connect team, the Vancouver Sadgirls.

Coach: Clio, except she tries running the team like a EUIV match

Quarterback: Pippa, because she likes to scream out nonsensical orders while throwing shit.
Offensive Line: MariMari_EN, Jelly and Panko. Not because they're large or strong, but because they're offensive.
Right Tackle: Sleepy.
Left Tackle: Clara.
Wide Receivers: Rie and Eimi, because they really like the idea of getting manhandled
Fullback: Erina.
Halfback: Muyu.
Tight Ends: Yuu, because the defensive line will be too homosexually fixated on her to focus on the wide receivers

Linebackers: Tenma, because she really wants to break the quarterback in half. Runie, because Tenma is too small to be effective. Dizzy, because she wants to grope someone while taking them down.
Defensive Linemen: Ember's enormous ass. Literally just her ass blocking the entire line.
Cornerbacks: Lumi, because she won't let bullshit get past her. Nasa, at least until she gets banned for bringing a knife.
Safeties: Airi and Uruka, because they're the last to realize something is happening

Longsnapper: Lia, because the texture of the fake turf upsets her and she doesn't want to fall onto it
Placekicker/punter: Shiina, ditto, except she also wants to kick something

Oh instead of selling jerseys and hats and other normal merch during games, they only sell bags of coffee. Like, not even brewed.
