I'm willing to give her the benefit of the doubt here. I've heard several credible stories about stalkers trying to find their targets at conventions. Remember that Kiara was nearly attacked with a knife, though I don't recall if that was explicitly because of her vtuber identity. Also remember that she's in Europe, aka a nation where you cannot legally defend yourself against a foreigner trying to murder you without getting accused of racism, and France is as pozzed as it gets.
