Father's side is probably pretty lean, which is what is causing the issue on the shoulder shape end of things. That's actually the issue. Body fat wise, she's actually very lean for a White Woman, so she doesn't need to lose weight. Needs what's known as a "body recomp" to stand out physically. She's physically healthy, in that regard, but she doesn't have the natural dimensions for that to make her stands out in an IG-type of world. Deadlifts, shoulder presses and dumbbell bench presses in a progressive overload for about 3 months and she'll achieve an extremely attractive look for her frame.
