The people in that farms thread just see loli and see red. They didn't even know she was a british woman until that one guy dropped the dox, so it's fairly easy to see they knew nothing else about her other than "is loli with loli voice".

When she was an older teen Shondo posted a tweet about suggesting to one of her younger sisters to draw an anime woman with big boobs when her sister asked what she should draw, which was shot down by said sister. Her 'grandest' crime of hers I saw them post.
The guys in that thread believe her content makes people pedophiles, so they think anything is deserved it seems.
