I am no medical expert, but its great that she does have a real diagnosis of something now, at least the next doctor she goes to with this can work on fixing that instead of just prescribing generic physical therapy.
So far, chances are, that a surgery of some kind might be needed. I hope that she will jump at that opportunity and that her brainworms dont tell her not to do it because she then would have to skip dancing during the recovery period.

But taking that surgery is probably better in the long run, she might even dance without pain in the future.

So it'd only be effected for Japan to USA sales, but there should be something like a $800 minimum for shipments before tariffs show up. So there shouldn't be any issues unless you bought a lot of stuff or it somehow doesn't hit an exclusion.

That said, the USA forcibly rebalancing the global trading schemes is going to cause a fairly sizable shift globally. I have no clue what's going to happen from that.
