Do I need to do anything to unlock custom games? Or are the 'play 20 games to unlock _____ mode' requirements only for grouping with friends?
Obviously I wouldn't get into any matchmade games with her, so I think the only possibility would be if she plays customs.

You shouldn't have to do anything to play customs, I think the play 20 games thing is for ranked, but I had an Overwatch 1 account so I didn't have to do that gay shit, thus I can't be 100% sure.

Just stumbled on an old clip of Mumei's PL. I wonder if her throat issue would been less severe if she has stuck with her more natural voice.
I don't think it is something that can be treated simply by using one's normal voice, if so then management would've immediately told her to cut it out like they did with Suisei.
