I guess they cant blame KF for reporting them now.
I'm not saying it was someone from KF, but it's possible that an anonymous tipster called CPS. Then CPS contacted the police and filed the report in person as the "Mandatory Reporter".
However, I don't think that's what happened because it doesn't make sense that someone would decide to do this randomly on the 16th. Had it been right after nick's pillstream maybe, but it was same-old same-old when this was filed.

Maybe, depends on many factors.
He must:
- follow drug testing requirements as part of his pre-trail release
-he may fail to follow those conditions
- he needs to get a lawyer, or pro se argue, a good plea deal where he pleas down the 30+ years in prison he's looking at getting
this is possible, especially on a first offense, however he needs to not be a fuck up. he is a massive drunken fuck up. he could just end up with probation.

Kinda? He's a trust fund, he has millions of dollars and doesn't ever have to work, ever. If he can swing probation and get sober he's not fucked like how any normal person would be. If he gets a 5-10 years, that's pretty life ruinous for his interpersonal relationships.
