C-. You get the point across fine. The subtext is abysmal, however. I've previously warned of using qualifiers and adverbs in your creative writing. The sentence, "Pippa is perfection" is far better; it's alliterative which ads a nice poetic structure to the one sentence narrative. More importantly, the removal of "female" removes your grotesque subtext. It's a fixation, we know Pippa is a woman. It makes the reader question why you would include it. We know it's because you're a man, her being the opposite sex, and your arousal at that perfection is the subtext. It contorts the meaning from a hyperbolic perfection really meaning "I think Pippa is great and she's in no danger of living" into: "Man I love that Pippa has a pussy, I will emphasize this because I want to fuck her. That possibility of a sexual encounter is what drives me to continue my praise for her." Seek help.
