Well, the problem is that those leftist, anti-fascist retards and sexpest troons are specifically targeting Pippa because she is the "face" and most popular talent of Phase and thus she needed to "tone it down" right now cos she doesn't want to deal with the headache of getting put out of context and then getting harassed for every little thing she says. Sakana really doesn't mind because he has weathered that storm already but Pippa doesn't want her friends getting harassed for what she said and do. Pretty sure if she was not under Phase we'd hear much more yabai things coming out of her mouth especially with how aggressive and unhinged people are these days.I am never, ever, ever not going to be so incredibly amused as to how worried Pippa is about saying controversial stuff, for that it may be bad for the rest in her company, and then you have others - particularly in Invaders - saying shit like this.

Lia relationship with Lumi notes:
Clearly, Lumi has brainwashed Lia.
- Lia says she has a very unique connection with Lumi that she will never be able to have with anyone else in her life.
- Says she doesn't know how to explain the bond they have. Says she can't explain it too much on stream.
- Says she doesn't feel Lumi is a separate gen from Gen 1 in her mind because there's been a lot they've been through, and while they haven't been through it together necessarily, they experienced it kind of in tandem, so it makes for a unique bond. Using her words for this one.
- Back when she first met Lumi, she got the impression that Lumi really didn't like her because they were very similar conceptually and because of "this thing that happened". She felt there was a lot of bad blood between them.
- She was really scared to talk to her, even though they had collabed at times, but she thought overall, Lumi didn't like her very much.
- She was really scared when it was revealed Lumi would be joining Phase. Because she was scared of her, she felt it created a distance between them for a long time.
- She said it was "kind of" a misconception. For a lot of different reasons, Lia thought there was proof that Lumi didn't like her.
- Now, she looks back on that point in time compared to their relationship now, and she wonders how she could have ever thought that.
- Out of everyone in the company, Lumi is one of the people that she trusts the most.
- She thought about this a lot over this recent weekend.
- "Out of everyone here, she's one of the people I would hand my life over to."
- She has so many fond memories together with Lumi, especially over the past couple of months.
- Someone in chat asked if she's ever talked to Lumi about this, and she responded that she thinks Lumi kind of knows because she goes to Lumi for a lot of stuff, especially recently.
- She doesn't talk to a lot of people about frustrations or needing help with stuff, but she feels like Lumi is the only person she can truly open up to.
- She says Lumi feels like a cool, reliable big sister to her.
- She does talk to Uruka a lot about stuff too, as she's Lia's best friend, but she feels it's a little different.
On a serious note, this was really nice to hear. She was vague about what made her think Lumi didn't like her back then, but I'm glad that was eventually cleared up and that they have such a great friendship now. I had no idea they were this close. I know Lumi says a lot of nice things about Lia, but she says nice things about a lot of people. Was really nice to hear that Lumi means this much to Lia. I know everyone, including Lumi herself, jokes about how she's an evil woman and all kinds of other things, and then there are some from her past who says these things seriously, but from the people she interacts with these days, I've heard nothing but nice things about her, and that's great to hear. And as someone who also like Lia, I'm happy Lumi can be such great support for her, especially considering how bad Lia's mentals can get at times.
As for Lia herself this stream, I wasn't able to watch the whole stream as I had other things going on at the time, but I do plan on going back and listening to the whole thing. I love Lia when she's acting unhinged and crazy, but I also love listening to her when she's being serious. From the time I was able to listen to, she had a lot of nice things to say. One point I caught is that one day, she'd love to have a solo live. I really hope she gets it one day. While I'm not really an idol fan, I truly think she is Phase's quintessential idol. When she gets her 3D model going, and she's put up on stage, she is the perfect idol. The energy she puts out is completely Lia. I can see why Sakana told her that his idol dream wasn't dead when he saw her dance for her first concert.
I'm glad to hear that Lia seems to be in higher spirits now, and it's great to hear that she does have others like Uruka and Lumi to help her through things. I hope she continues to rely on others when she needs it, and I hope the other Phase girls can also do the same. Here's the timestamp of Lia talking about Lumi. Worth the listen because it was incredibly sweet to hear.

The best part is I think unlike Pippa who would quietly tone it down (though I doubt she'd ever apologize) in the face of the cancel mob, I think Jelly would just call them entitled crybaby toddlers who should get off the Internet and they should go kill themselves.
