I feel like the overlap between Phase fans (based) and Underslop fans (cringe) is pretty small. I'd normally watch a Lia stream when there's not a lot of Overlap Connect going on, but you're not going to catch me watching Deltarune for anyone.

I think this deserves a short summary. This happened at the start of her stream today.


- Offkai is June 20-22, and the Phase Connect Anniversary would have been on the 20th, but has been moved to next week. Lia was sad about this and not having anything special planned for her fourth anniversary (Offkai hate).
- A lot of things don't seem to be working out for Lia lately. Lia seemed to be on the verge of tears at the start of stream.
- Lia says "maybe it won't work out for me, but maybe it will work out for the next person". Lia also says she's at her wit's end and doesn't know how much more she can take.
- Lia seems to be signed on for another year, so there's no immediate concerns about graduation. Longer-term, Lia seems to be less sure of herself.
- Lia seemed frustrated with some stuff behind the scenes at Phase Connect lately, which she didn't elaborate on, and Lia seems to think that this won't get better. "I don't know if I should say that," she says after.
- Lia is making an appearance doing idol performances at Offkai with Pippa, Tenma, Uruka and Lumi, and will be doing a call-in for Offkai, and maybe some other stuff. She didn't seem very excited about it when saying it, hopefully that's just a temporary depression talking because Lia usually gets extremely excited about performing.
- Lia has to think about what she wants to do, going forward.
- Lia used the example of things being bad today, and pushing through to tomorrow, hoping things get better, but they don't. She thinks the other talents are the same way.

That said, I don't know how much of this is due to the stress of con season, as well as her health scare yesterday making Lia feel depressed and stressed. Lia also says she tends to feel depressed during the summer.

I hope things get better and Lia stays with Phase Connect, but whatever happens to Lia, I'll follow this dork regardless of where she ends up streaming. Lia love.

I think the main source of stress is the (not) Pippa schizo? What else could she mean about bad things at Phase behind the scenes recently.

I think Lia is having a bit of an existential crisis. Wasn't she supposed to go to some fancy college and things didn't worked out? She's fairly young and her prospects are mid level influencer, which for some people might work but if she wants to be "successful" then maybe she doesn't know what to do with her life. I don't really follow any of the younger ones but I'd be willing to be that most of them are wondering what are they gonna do once phase shits the bed.
I don't really know just how many years my nigga fishman has in him for phase. He's loaded from what we've heard and at this point I have to wonder why does he keep phase going? His wife doesn't seem to be a fan and it can't be the money because I doubt he's taking a lot from it since it's still going, look at idol for when the ceo eats more than what he should. My theory is that my nigga fishman had to marry some chink woman to appease his parents and just uses phase as an excuse to not be around the house, he just makes enough to keep the bitch off his back and he does his thing in the warehouse

I haven't been watching Lia much because Expedition 33 and Undertale aren't my cup of tea, and I didn't want to spoil myself on FFIX when she played it (Will play it one day). Is she doing okay recently? She always seemed doomerish this past year which is worrying for me.

I would have thought that if you're going to follow Lia out of all the Phase Talents, there'd be a decent bit of interest in seeing her play Undertale/Deltarune. It's prime Lia content (for all she's seemed too distracted to focus on it recently). Seeing her go all in on her hyperfixations is what I love most about Lia streams.
Deltarune is pretty good too though I do think chapter 1 (where Lia's still at) is comparitively weak. Instead, it's mostly been Tenma who's been having a great time with the game.

From the outside, it looks like Phase is doing probably the best it ever has (especially post-Quest). I guess that's part of being on the side of ignorance to company workings. I do hope it works out, whatever could possibly be going on. Certainly hope it's nothing that could be helped but isn't, like more staff autism. Pippa has been really stressed lately, too, it seems, but I'm still gonna assume that's not the same issue.

Agreed, looking at the games she plays/lately I can't imagine there's much overlap in fans, the viewers come from wanting to see the streamer in her (Tenma too, tbh, since she's also playing it) case, surely?
