I suspect they will announce Gen 4 at OffKai, or at least later this year. I'm going to summarize people that plausibly might be in to satisfy my autism. Not saying all of these ARE in, and not Phasebegging anyone either.

• Pippa Pebblesworth -- Graduated from Globie in January 2025. It seemed like she wants to keep streaming, but she hasn't done anything as an indie yet? No reason to believe she's joining Phase specifically, aside from a few odd sentences like "hope we see you again some time" after her collab with Pippa (pink).
• Nemo Nevermore -- Left EIEN in November 2024 and currently streams as an indie. Hasn't announced any intent to graduate but plays LoL with Sakana.
• Kisaka Toriama -- Retired as an indie in October 2023. Used to be roommates with MariMari_EN and has mysteriously semi-unretired to collab with Pippa and Mari a few times.
• Nyana Banyana -- Indie, graduating this July. Her persona was created by Pippa & Panko and she's been a long-time Phase fan. She is 100% going to a corpo, and it seemed like she was dropping hints that it was Phase, but that could also be schizophrenia on our part. Most likely candidate here IMO.
• Kitanya_Is_Here -- Indie, graduating this July. Only reason I add her is that her graduation date is identical to Nyana's. Could just be a weird coincidence. I'd be a little surprised if she joined Phase with a new persona, as she's modestly successful as an indie right now.

Did I miss anyone?

Blue Pippa is kinda unlikely, considering she launched some weird membership type thing and her own website about a month ago, unless she did this to scam her audience I doubt she'd launch a project then immediately abandon it.

With Phase going so hard on Offkai promo this year, it's a given that we'll see some sort of announcement.

If it's a new gen announcement, even if it's just a teaser for gen 4, Invaders Quest teaser was like four or five months in advance. It's the best place to get eyes on it for a fall/winter debut. I do hope it doesn't take that long, though.
