On Offkai and Phase, obviously Fishman believes that the benefits outweigh the sabotage, and honestly, i think he's correct.
Offkai can't afford to disrupt Phase's operations openly as it'd damage their own reputation, and can't cause too many "oops, technical difficulties" moments for the same reason. Also, the main target of those "oops, technical difficulties" moments has stockholm syndrome and is willing to tank through it.
And Sakana shamelessly buying good will from artists and vendors for the second year in a row is an obviously smart move, because those people remain relevant outside Offkai.
IMO the only danger he's potentially in is Offkai growing too fast and too big, big enough to attempt to just boot Phase from the con fully.

Yaaay, a BG3 collab in which the girls create their characters, fumble around the starting area and then never load the save again!
I'll apologize to Euphoria for doubting them if they say it'll be a recurring series, but i'm not holding my breath.
Also, two southerners collab, nice.
That seems like a solid ongoing collab idea, would be a shame to leave it at that.
