Body fat wise, she's actually very lean for a White Woman, so she doesn't need to lose weight. Needs what's known as a "body recomp" to stand out physically. She's physically healthy, in that regard, but she doesn't have the natural dimensions for that to make her stands out in an IG-type of world. Deadlifts, shoulder presses and dumbbell bench presses in a progressive overload for about 3 months and she'll achieve an extremely attractive look for her frame.
