The US has some discount stores like Ross that usually take unsold stock from retailers and sells it at a noticable markdown with the caveat of not having dedicated stock. So some weeks might have cheaper Levis jeans alone but then the next you just have no-name shit made in SEA or China
Victoria's Secret has been basic bitch here for a couple decades now, they advertise their products to high school girls even.
Heck you can buy those expensive hipster artesian water bottles for a huge markdown at Ross, the caveat is that they put it near the register facing the sun all day. And the hordes of unwashed women looking for a discount you have to face by entering.
Going to Ross was the worst experience I've ever had shopping and I've been to several malls and each store had this UNIQUE smell that no other store I've ever been to had along with some of the trashiest customers to ever exist outside of a Wal-mart

I face the music once in awhile. It's just too cheap to not restock on some clothing there. And the Vietnamese cashiers are easier to haggle when I speak their language.

If you hit the seasonal sales they're only around twice the price of the shit you buy from Wal-Mart. Which is a small price to pay for not having a wire jamming into your tit after a month.
