Absolutely none with Elder Scrolls, this is her first - it "wasn't anime enough" back when it was released.
I feel like Chloe also didn't want to be in the rat race in Hololive. I think we're starting to see some movement in the "I did my time in big corpo, now I want something more chill". Or you can be Fauna/Nimi and it be pretty clear the problem was everything corporate got in the way of your desire to yap for hours a day on stream.
It's also possible that Sakamata wanted to get away from a bunch of the memes about her. Those types of things can wear on a lot of creators.
It could be all of the above. I don't think that most graduations are caused by any one thing. I think it's usually a combination of factors that ultimately leads to the decision to leave.
Chloe was also pretty clear that she had something else she wanted to do. I was figuring it was some other business opportunity and she'd come back as an Indie because she likes streaming. I wasn't quite expecting this move.
Chloe is a self-confessed siscon. She loves her little sister so much. If her imouto said she wanted to be a vtuber duo with her then what else could she do about it? She already has the clout, the whales and know-how of the business. Chloe being affiliate is also a smart move for her if the Weather Project doesn't work out in the end. She may be pon but she has great business sense.
Here's hoping she doesn't get motion sick again.

Calling it "more special" than her full model reveal is setting up some pretty high expectations... I believe she also alluded earlier to something she couldn't reveal becauase it didn't only involve her.
