This is because it's where Rie peaked.

Lia is factually retarded. You guys were not kidding, all those years. I'll never doubt your perception again.

I was surprised at how well the bee was going, especially Muyu, then I remembered "oh, right, they're all Asian."

Muyu is pretty smart, I'm not really surprised by that. Wemi also performed as expected but on the other side of the spectrum. XD

I'm really liking this one-hour stream format that's being used for most of the event streams. It's a nice length to try some of the talents you normally don't watch, but it's not so long that it's overly long and wears out their welcome, and it means you can watch a full stream without worrying if you've blocked off half a day from interrupting a stream.

Remi, at least, is smart enough to make a general feel-good post, rather than offer her services as a therapist to her fans.

Kiara, of Hololive fame, had one of her more well-known fans apparently commit suicide. In response, made a twitter post offering her time and attention to anyone feeling like they were in a similar situation. While it is a nice thought, it's not a good idea in actuality. Even if no-one would abuse this goodwill gesture (doubt), I don't think she is equipped to take on the burden of supporting anyone that is actually feeling suicidal. Besides taking on a huge emotional burden, people that deal with people at risk of suicide get trained for such situations - what to say, how to behave, who to call, what services to refer to, what signs to look for, all sorts of stuff like that. Wanting to help is nice but that's not the same as actually helping.

Remi's post reassuring her viewers that they're loved and appreciated by her was the better move.

I don't know her, I only watch Phase and haven't really looked further. I've clicked on some videos here and there but nothing really grabbed my attention thus far. XD

I see, thanks for the explanation. I didn't realize we were talking about that, I was just commenting on Wemi and the last academy stream. XD
